WELCOME TO BURTON CONCERT BAND!
We are an experienced wind band from Burton-upon-Trent, Derby and the surrounding areas. We enjoy a busy schedule of rehearsals, performances, social events and tours working with our professional conductor, Ed Temple.
We celebrated 30 years of music making in October 2023 and are still going strong with regular concerts in Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire, the midlands and further afield. The band’s 2025 concert season began with our spring spectacular “Hope and Adventure” with numerous further engagements planned for the year! Burton Concert Band have seen success when competing in National competitions including a Boosey & Hawkes Gold Medal and reaching the National Wind Band Finals.
We’re a friendly and diverse group with professional-but-fun rehearsals and events! You can get involved by attending one of our concerts or by joining us as a player.
